Answered: No sound on sky news on Samsung tv Sky Community
We are aware of this issue and support teams are currently looking at it. @IanW12 please see post marked as answer. Therefore it must be a Samsung/Sky issue I have the same issue and prabhu365-nepal.com/login/ happened at same time . I messaged Samsung help through their Community channel and they didn’t really understand.
- Why are there always problems with GB news channel.
- My playlist has now decided to place episodes that I have already seen (about 7 or 8 episodes ago) to the front of the queue for next watch.
- Launching this August, Sky Sports+ is transforming the amount of choice sports fans have, all at no extra cost
- Once live, customers with a full Sky Sports subscription won’t need to do a thing; Sky Sports+ will simply drop into the existing Sky experience, across Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Q, and NOW.
- Personally have never had any issue with the channel.

On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 90 minutes I only have broadband – had a sky package ages ago so sky staff or the website couldn’t help either !! Now it’s happening again on Sky news it is happening every time I go back to it. I’ve had this problem before and rang Sky – they told me to turn of the sky Q box and it did the trick. The program in question was related to current events in the Middle East and was rated 12 hence the pin requirement But weird for a general news chanel!

Likewise to @lettice we watch GB News on and off most days and never had a problem. Not had any problems with GB News of late and watch it most days through the morning and afternoon. Yes always have problems with GB news- right now, it has gone off and just have a blue screen. I likewise watch GB News quite regularly and have no problem at all. If you have, if you could provide the answers to the above questions, that’d be appreciated.

Click the comment button to sign-in or sign-up. It’s likely you have lost signal on the multiplex that carries them. But having inclusive HD is an incentive for users to move from satellite to streaming, which is what Comcast wants them to do.
You can always watch Sky News live on YouTube for free in the meantime whilst we wait for Samsung to fix it. Sound is working on all other channels I’ve been experiencing picture quality issues with GB News on Sky Q for a few weeks now, noisy picture with very juddery motion, almost unwatchable. Do find, CNN seem to do the remote quest and world live reports a lot better with rare issues. Odd, I regularly watch GB News in the mornings from 6am and catch the headlines a good handful of times on the hour quick fire news bulletin during the day. We’re not aware of any issues with the channel, can you tell us more about the problem that you’re experiencing with GB News please?
It would seem that it is not our individual systems at fault, but a Samsung/Sky News issue. I’ve just checked the Samsung TV+ stream of Sky News on my Samsung TV and it’s the same – no audio whatsoever. Sorry, you can’t reply to this discussion as it’s been locked by our Community Managers.
